After 14 days from today an application for a grant of Probate of the Will dated 9th day of September 2004 and First Codicil dated 24th day of May 2005 of LLOYD EXTON HART late of Unit 3 “Northquarter”, 39B King Street, Buderim, Deceased will be made by KATRINA KIM HART of 64 Macaulay Street, Coorparoo, Queensland to the Supreme Court at Brisbane. You may object to the grant by lodging a caveat in that registry. All creditors and other persons having a claim against the deceased’s estate are required to send in particulars of their claim to the undersigned within 6 weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to Section 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Executor shall then have notice.
